This is the story of Patrick and Dallin Paul Phillips, two of the happiest people in the world. Patrick and Dallin are brothers and both are Down Syndrome. You will find their stories, life histories, and widsom to be very helpful.

Patrick had a great day at the Special Olympic Track Area Games today. He won two gold and two silver.
This post is a couple of years old but it is one of my favorite Dallin Paul stories so I am posting it again:
So Sunday night (yes SUNDAY) everyone else was playing board games. Dad invited Patrick and Dallin
Paul to go to Mooches, our favorite c-store for some treats. Just as we
were leaving at 6:25 Mom said, "You can't go now, the Home Teachers are
coming at 6:30". Home teachers come by each month to visit members of
church. Dad decided we would all run on to the home teachers just as
they were coming so he made the decision to stay. He told Patrick and
Paul that the home teachers were coming and we would go to Mooches after
they left. Dallin Paul took things into his own hands and posted this notice on our front door. Unfortunately it didn't stop them from coming.
SUCH HONESTY IS GENERALLY NOT ALLOWED IN THE CHURCH.
